At respondi, a placement means that you can and should poke your nose in all over the place. Work with us, learn with us and we're also happy to learn things from you. We want everyone to have the opportunity to grow.
If you are up for it, you will be given your own small projects to manage and lead from day one. Don't worry: we won't throw you in at the deep end at least not without a wetsuit!
Its important to us that we teach you something whilst you're with us so you will be given personal training and professional supervision.
And who knows, a placement if often the first step to getting a permanent job with us when you've left university.
By the way, as far as a long friendship goes: we dont use our placement students as a cheap replacement for full-time staff. This is one of the many reasons why we joined the Fair Company initiative set up by Germanys Junge Karriere magazine. We are committed to abiding by their principles.
