To achieve this, we reach out daily to people within our own campaigns; only those who give honest and meaningful opinions are included in the access panel. We commit to our members to win their long-term trus; starting from fair incentives and personal support, we give our panel a face with their own community. We also place great importance on controlling the quality of the participation. For this, we constantly verify the identity, plausibility and response behaviour, so you can access your real insights at any time.
We comply with the strict criteria of the international norm ISO 20252:2019, which encompasses the previous ISO 20252 and ISO 26362 (access panels), and is the industry specific quality standard for market, opinion and social research. The certification procedure specifically evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of quality management.
Detailed profile data enable us to assess feasibility, to precisely target participants and to deliver results fast. That’s why we attach high importance to detailed and constantly up-to-date profile data for each panellist.
