respondi’s strengths are its brand recognition and quality, according to the image study of market research services from markforschung.de. German market researchers from several companies and institutes were questioned within the framework of the study.
Apart from the profile of the panel providers, data on both the image and recommendation rate were collected. The results were summarised and ranked, in which all dimensions of image (reliability, service, relation between price and service, quality of the sample, consulting expertise as well as innovation & creativity) and recommendation rate (Net Promoter Score) were taken into account. respondi was awarded six top 3 positions and therewith won second place in the overall ranking.
