The quality management of respondi AG fulfils the strict criteria of the ISO 26362 standards. The provider of online sampling services successfully passed the examination set by the certifier, Austrian Standards Plus. The company made the announcement today.
The internationally valid ISO 26362 standard is the first certification, which monitors the quality of online sampling providers. The standard was introduced in 2009 and was co-developed by the German society for online research (DGOF) and the Arbeitskreis Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforschungsinstitute (ADM), a business association which represents the interests of private-sector market and social research agencies in Germany.

The Austrian Standards GmbH pays particular attention to the design and effectiveness of the in-house quality management by respondi. Within the framework of an audit, the company demonstrated that from the recruitment of the survey participants to the execution of the surveys and the reporting of the results, respondi has a fully functional and applicable project and process management.
