In 2012, the Vivaldi Partners Group carried out another Social Currency Study.
The study analysed to what extent the demands on brand and business management have changed due to social media. The study also revealed the growing influence consumers have on all areas of the supply chain. respondi sponsored the sample; in total over 4000 participants, in Germany, UK and the US, from 102 companies and 19 branches were asked.
