Results of the satisfaction survey with our panellists
It has been a year since we re-designed our respondi panel and luanched repsondi mingle; an opinion platform in the UK and Europe. We asked 500 members of mingle whether they were happy with the new panel.
mingle members very satisfied with surveys and support
The results are convincing: four out of five members are satisfied or very satisfied with our services (79,5%). The following received the most praise;topics & content, technical implementation and length of surveys. The mingle team were also appraised by the mingle members; more than 60% are either satisfied or very satisfied with the support.
Anything else? The mingle members would like more surveys
There is room for improvement as far as frequency of surveys are concerned, according to the mingle users. However, if you think that there was concern over “too many surveys”, then you would be wrong. The majority of mingle users would like to participate in surveys more often (68,1%). All in all the mingle members are convinced: an overwhelming 89% of the panellists think that is it either probable or very probable that they will take part in surveys in the future.
