Support our international customers with the implementation of their online market research projects

 

Coordinate the projects from implementation of online surveys to the preparation and evaluation of the results and everything in between

 

To manage multiple projects at one time

 

Anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner

 

Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team

YOUR STRENGTHS

 

University degree not required BUT you should possess the right attitude and can cope with stress effectively

 

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

 

Programming skills (SPSS, HTML, Javascript) and knowledge or empirical social research methods are desirable

 

Experience in scripting with Tivian (formerly Questback) software would be advantageous

 

Analytical and well-structured mind, as well as excellent organisational skills

 

A drive for results and success, highly commited and very good communication skills

Daily contact with potential and existing customers selling them our services and products either on the telephone, by email or at an appointment

 

Advise existing customers and propose tailor made services to consolidate the working relationship

Our Sales Managers are the central contact partners for our International clients from the Market Research. Their main task is to look after our existing customer, as well as the identification and acquise of new clients.
Sales also places great importance on an intensive and comprehensive consultation. In this way, we not only convincingly sell our innovative products and services, but also offer the best possible solutions for every query. For this purpose, our Sales Managers work closely with their customers and our project team, check thoroughly for possibilities and solution approaches, offer alternatives and also advise against certain projects, if they are deemed to be unfeasible. They are involved from start to finish in running projects and ensure the smoothest possible operation. Our Sales team take care of Data research, feasibility checks, as well as the calculation of proposals.

Our project management encompasses a broad spectrum of the most diverse tasks. Whether Panel Management, field control, data collection or advice on digital methods; all ensure the smooth and professional implementation of our various online market research projects. For this purpose, our Project Managers look after our international clients in every phase of the project – from the recruitment of the most suitable survey participants to the digital implementation of projects to the preparation of results.

The quality of our studies is based on our participants. However, they only take part with enthusiasm and give honest answers if they feel comfortable and our Panel Managers ensure this happens. They take care of the recruitment and manage the needs of our participants; in this way they guarantee the quality and diversity of our panel. Their conscientiousness means the target group requirements are met for every survey. The Field Services Team has direct access to our online panel. Even in times when the volume of projects is at its highest, they deliver our numerous clients exactly those participants they want to survey; always quickly and reliably. The Survey Services team implement our data collection. Here the wishes and demands of our clients for professional online surveys are met with the right experts. The Research Services Team offers, in the most consultation intensive and innovative projects, an appropriate solution combining the most diverse and innovative tools and methods – from Insight-Communities, Online Diaries, iHUTs and Blogs through to capturing their complete online behaviour.

An honest and conscientious customer service, as well as a fair and direct exchange on an equal footing is decisive for all projects and in all teams. This is the only way to ensure common innovative solutions and the successful execution of projects.

Our Data & Analytics Team creates answers out of date and delivers our clients exactly those insights which they are looking for when commissioning a study. To make this possible, our IT engineers and Data Scientists use the whole spectrum of digital collection and analysis procedures which they are constantly reassessing, further developing and optimizing.

To get to know the daily life and thinking processes of people and consumers and to really understand the decisions and motives, the Data & Analytics team uses and combines the most diverse sources of information.
