VISIONARY AND DECISIVE – OUR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our Product Development team finds ideas in the daily exchange with clients and colleagues, at trade conferences, publications and conferences, but also in the neighbouring disciplines of cognitive science, behavioural economics or IT. The development of new products not only requires expertise but also a solid knowledge of clients and markets. Only those who know what market researchers need and what the market already offers can develop suitable products and launch them successfully. For this reason, market-, target groups and competition analyses are a significant part of the work of the Product Development team.
Presentations at trade events are also important. Our latest tools and methods are presented to a wide-ranging audience and form the foundation for Roll-Out. So that things runs smoothly, our product experts also train our Sales and Project teams and offer support when drafting marketing materials such as Use Cases or brochures.
The spirit of our Product Development team is distinguished by a not only a strong sense of business, but also the curiosity and joy of working on the digital revolution of our branch The ability to take a broader view is omnipresent , as well as the belief that inspiration can be rushed but can be found.
Those who join this team will meet unconventional thinkers, specialists and experts with a profound likeness for digital market research; this team wants to make a change together. Involvement and project responsibility are determined by prior knowledge and experience. While the improvement of processes and tools take priority when you first join the team, the working on projects with ever more freedom increases as your Know How grows.
In order to preserve this much flexibility and freedom, the members of our Product Development team need clear goals. Only when expertise and resourcefulness is coupled with energy and decisiveness can new products be realised. After all, the road path from the first idea to the implementation is often long and requires good doses of persistence and persuasion. People who can remain enthusiastic will feel at home in this team; a good idea is easy to sell if the one promoting it does so with passion and conviction. Bring good arguments, a willingness to make a compromise and be able to deal with people from all walks of life, whether they be technical experts who are helping you implement the product, Sales employees or Managing Directors who require some convincing.
