The digital tools of an online market researcher encompass a whole row of reactive methods. E-groups and chats replace synchronic discussions; online forums and one-to-many-communications. Instead of the artificial studio surroundings, the test persons describe products and impressions in web blogs or online diaries.
Edith Seifert and Tom Wirth from respondi have examined the success factor of these new tools of online research. They will present the results at the GOR this year, on the 27th May at 4pm, under the title of “Qualitative Online Market Research – fad or model for the future?”
