The Austrian Standards GmbH verifies, as in 2010 and 2012, in particular the structure and effectiveness of respondi’s in-house quality management. During the audit, the company proved that it has a functional and practicable project and process management right from its recruitment of survey participants via survey implementation through to its reporting of results.
The international valid standard ISO 26362 is the first certification that verifies the quality of online sampling providers. The standard was introduced in 2009 and both the German Society for Online Research (DGOF) and the working group of the German Market and Social Research Institute (ADM) had considerable input into its development.
