It’s almost a week since Research & Results and already we have the feeling that the world of market research has moved further into the future.
We are still buzzing with excitement about the two interesting days at the event. We were able to meet so many acquaintances and new faces, both at our well-visited workshops and our fantastic stand party. A big thank you to all of you who celebrated with us and enjoyed the Champagne, original French Crêpes and fresh oysters.
On the second day of the event, the fresh smoothies served from our stand provided a much welcomed energy boost. Whether mango, red berries or lychee-blueberries, the colourful, vitamin-rich drinks were a huge hit. In addition to the culinary highlights, our visitors were able to enjoy a diverse and interesting workshop programme.
The Close to People – getting closer to consumers with passive metering presentation on Wednesday morning kicked off a series of interesting talks. Dr. Otto Hellwig (CEO respondi AG) and Orkan Dolay (COO respondi AG) demonstrated how it is possible to get even closer digitally to people .
On Wednesday afternoon, Thomas Gruber (market researcher, dm-drogerie markt) and Bengül Robillad (Managing Director Germany, respondi AG) presented some exciting insights into the purchasing and surfing behaviour of women interested in beauty in the workshop A closer view on blogs and beauty .
Ralph Ohnemus (CEO, K&A BrandResearch AG) and Jonathan Heinemann (Senior Sales Manager, respondi AG) rounded up the talks on Thursday afternoon and explained why the new consumers now place more trust in traders than in branded goods.
