We have some exciting events lined up for this month!
On Thursday, 3rd October, Jennifer Roberton, our Managing Director UK, will take part in the panel discussion “Opening the Conversation on Mental Health”, organised by the MRS. The oversubscribed event, starting at 6pm at the Opinium offices in London will talk about the status quo and solutions to tackle the challenges of mental wellbeing – a topic that seems to be of high interest within the market research sector – given that over 85% of our sector struggles with mental health in one way or another.
On 17th October, it’s time to celebrate! Becoming one of our traditions for our French partners, we invite our clients and friends to Oktoberfest in Paris. We are looking forward to an amazing evening!
What could be more natural than to continue onto Munich – however, not at the Oktoberfest, but we’ll join Research Plus, taking place on 22nd of October at Couch Club in Munich. The ninth event of this series follows the well-proven concept: two presentations on current topics and a get-together with colleagues of the sector
The following day, it’s time again for the annual highlight of for our office in Germany. Research & Results opens its doors on 23rd / 24th of October, presenting the latest innovations and topics in market research. We never miss the opportunity to present our approach – besides our own stand, we will also hold two workshops at the event. We start with our talk “Can panel based online-behavioral data predict real offline behavior : a 3-country case study around European elections”. The next day, we will answer the question “Where does human overperform machines? Automation vs. craftmanship”.
Back to London: Jenni will chair the MRS conference “&more” on 24th of October. A full one day conference especially designed for young professionals in our industry. It aims to provide a packed out, thought provoking event Unilever House. That evening we jump to the Market Research Society’s MRS PRIDE event, dedicated to members and friends of the LSBTIQ-Community. The event starts at 6.30pm in the premises of Universal McCann Worldwide. More information can be found here.
