We spent two insightful days at the WHAT Conference, the first ever conference dedicated entirely to Behavioral Data.
What drives the consumers online? How do they behave? The conference in Amsterdam was all about how Behavioral Data helps to decipher online behavior.
François Erner, Chief Innovation Officer at respondi, explained on Wednesday afternoon in his paper “Segmenting online customer journeys: the U&A for digital strategy”, the potential Behavioral Data offers for the segmentation of target groups and how it can reach them in the most efficient way. For this purpose, we analysed the online information and shopping behavior of 400 women relating to beauty products for two months and identified different online shopping types.
