February holds many exciting events for us:
Under the motto “Evolve and Transform”, the eighth QUAL360 European Conference will be held from 07. – 08.02. in the H4 hotel in Berlin. This year, there will also be input from respondi. On 08.02. (between 1:30pm – 2:15pm) our Chief Innovation Officer François Erner and Anne-Sophie Laurin, Director Research Services respondi France, will show in the lecture “Digital Anthropology: A Qualitative Approach to Passive Metering”, how passive metering can deliver qualitative results. From 19.02 – 20.02, the IIeX 2018 Europe will provide even more from the world of insights. Innovative research ideas, practical trainings to develop new skills and great networking opportunities – we look forward to two exciting days in Amsterdam.
At the end of the month, a really special highlight awaits us. The GOR 2018 (General Online Research) takes place in our home town Cologne from 28.02 – 02.03., hosted by the German Society for Online Research (DGOF). As Silver Sponsor, respondi will be presenting three exciting talks: On Thursday afternoon (01.03., 4:45pm – 5:45pm) you can expect some fascinating insights all about measuring response time in our talk “What does time measure?”. On Friday morning (02.03., 9:00am – 10:00am), you can discover in our lecture “Dataviz and behavioural sampling for managing online communities” a new way of conducting online research communities, by combining online tracking and declarative data. In the afternoon (02.03., 3:30pm -4:45pm), we will show you, under the title “How to use web navigation data to segment online journeys”, how online behavioural data can be used for the segmentation of diverse behavioural patterns, user groups and customer journeys.
