This year’s ESOMAR Congress will take place in the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. From 8th-11th September, more than 1,200 visitors will attend this event known for its first rate content. Without doubt, we’re not missing it! We’re looking forward to the exciting programme and are proud to contribute towards it!
On Tuesday, 10th September, 09:05am, our Managing Director Jennifer Roberton and Matt Browne, founder of Global Progress, will talk about “Social Media and the Disruption of Democracy – The marketer’s dilemma”. They take a deeper look into the question “Is democracy broken? And are Twitter and Facebook to blame? And how are their brands suffering as a consequence?”
After the excitement of our paper has subsided, we’ll start to get intrigued for the end of the conference: During the closing ceremony on 11th September at 1.30pm, the winner of the ESOMAR Best Paper of the Year Award 2018/2019 will be announced. We’ll be listening carefully as our paper “The Appiness Project”, which was presented by Jenni and Matt at last year’s ESOMAR Fusion in Dublin, has been nominated for the Best Paper Award in the Big Data World Angle.
Lets get inspired! Hope to see you there!
