Between 25. – 26.10., the annual highlight of our branch in Germany, the Research & Results in Munich will again present the latest market research trends and topics. As usual we will be at the event with our own stand (214) and exciting workshops all about digital data collection. Come along and find out how you can get even closer to people online! We would be thrilled if you drop by our stand – good conversation and delicious coffee served by our very own barista await you.
Dr. Otto Hellwig, CEO respondi and Orkan Dolay, COO respondi, will kick off the programme on Wednesday (25.10.) at 12:30pm in room 3 with the workshop “Get Closer to the Real Reality – respondi Product Launch”. You can look forward to the exclusive launch of a new, interactive respondi product which connects declarative with behavioral data to give us a more exact, simple and speedier insight into people and their behavior.
Later that afternoon at 2:45pm (room 7), Bengül Robillard, Managing Director respondi Germany and Robert Birkelbach, Project Manager Data & Analytics, respondi, will present under the title “The Times They Are a-Changin’ – New Potentials in Digital Surveys“ new and optimized techniques to best meet the challenges our branch faces in the future – quicker, cheaper, better. Despite dwindling budgets, the demand for quality is increasing and results have to be delivered in ever shorter times. This is only possible if we bring the customer experience and data collection approaches together: from simple question types to implicit measuring through to mobile readiness.
On day two of the trade fair (26.10) we are looking forward to seeing you in the Innovation Area in Hall 2. This year for the very first time, selected exhibitors will be presenting top innovations from the branch in an open forum. At 10:00am Jonathan Heinemann, Senior Sales Manager at respondi, will be demonstrating how you can reboot your market research with our new innovative respondi product.
In the afternoon (26.10. at 12:30pm, room 5), Tobias Gödderz (Head of Consulting, infas 360 GmbH) and Bengül Robillard will present the talk “The Future of Research II: The CASA Monitor“. The CASA Monitor is Germany`s biggest recurring Panel questionnaire of 10.000 people. Since 2017, there is an option to integrate tracking data, in order to analyse their surf and mobile behavior.
Our series of lectures will be rounded off on Thursday afternoon (26.10. at 3:45pm, room 2) by Pierre Hatje (Managing Director, impact&emotions) and Maria Tewes, Senior Sales Manager respondi, with the talk “Time to Shout?! Determine the Perfect Timing for Marketing Activities, using Big Data and Passive Measurement of Internet Use”. Here we will demonstrate how, with the help of a combination of passively collected online user behavior, active feedback from consumers and Big Data analyses, a forecasting tool for ascertaining the best times for marketing specific things and the most efficient usage of different marketing platforms can be developed. Fascinating insights are guaranteed!
