Our calendar is especially full this month; and we are looking forward to every single event.
The month begins with a party in London: the MRBA 40th Anniversary Party on the 4th of October. Over the last 40 years, the non-profitable Market Research Benevolt Association (MRBA) has offered advice and support to more than 1000 British Market Researchers who have, at some point, experienced financial difficulties. We will be at the MRBA Fundraising Week (16th – 20th of October) to show our support for the association, which not only involves the sale of delicious cakes but also a huge, digital scavenger hunt right across London. We are looking forward to a huge turnout; all proceeds will go directly to the MRBA. Meeting point is at 6:00pm on 19th of October at the Punch & Judy, 40 Henrietta St, London WC2E 8RF. Here is to many more “Helping Researchers in Need“ projects!
Another exciting October event on our calendar is the Best of ESOMAR Event in Berlin on the 5th of October. We can not only expect interesting input on the branch’s future but also some key highlights from the international ESOMAR conference stages – all in one afternoon. This year’s motto is Trust in research.
France will also be celebrating this month; it’s time for the Paris Oktoberfest and as they say in Bavaria “O’zapft ist! “ (It’s what the Mayor of Munich says when the first beer barrel has been breached). We have reserved tables for our French friends and colleagues who are fans of the Bavarian tradition and can’t wait to enjoy pretzels, bratwurst, beer and lots of swaying back and forth. Cheers!
The next exciting event in France is on the 17th of October: the IREP Forum in Paris. Orkan Dolay, Chief Operating Officer at respondi, and François Erner, Chief Innovation Officer at respondi, will demonstrate how typical online Customer Journeys can be identified and best used for advertising investments.
The Research plus in Nuremberg also takes place on 17th of October at Bar Hannemann. Exciting impulse talks guaranteed!
At the end of October, it’s time again for the annual highlight of our branch in Germany. The Research & Results in Munich on the 25th and 26th of October is the platform for presenting the latest market research trends and topics. respondi will be at the event again with its own stand (214) and exciting workshops all about digital data collection.
