This month there are no events planned in the UK, a good reason to find time to visit Research & Results in Munich.
We will have our own stand at Research & Results from 26. – 27.10. If you would like to know how you get digitally closer to people, then you should come and visit us. Or just come along to see us at our stand party on Wednesday the 26th at 16:30. This time we have a French motto with great food, including fresh oysters, delicious crêpes and champagne. We want to celebrate the move to our new Paris office and new colleagues there in French style.
Our workshops this year also promise to be exciting.
On Wednesday morning (09:45 – 10:30) our CEO Dr. Otto Hellwig and COO Orkan Dolay will demonstrate how attitudes and behaviour can be better understood by combining active consumer feedback with online user behaviour. The focus here lies on the questions which are especially suitable for this purpose and the added value which can be won through the combination of large amounts of data with active feedback.
On Wednesday afternoon (14:45 – 15:30) you can learn more about blogs and beauty. Bengül Robillard from respondi and Thomas Gruber from dm-drogerie markt investigated in an extensive study, how and to what extent the reading of blogs affects the purchasing and surfing behaviour of women who are interested in beauty. For this purpose, we recorded the mobile and non-mobile internet usage for blog readers and non-readers continually for several weeks and complemented it with active feedback.
On Thursday (12:15 – 13:00) Jonathan Heinemann from respondi together with Ralph Ohnemus from K&A BrandResearch will discuss, why consumers are putting their trust more and more in distributors rather than brands. Learn how you can use qualitative insights from psychodrama war games with consumers, in order to summarise the results of a representative study on everyday trading life. You can look forward to an exciting methodology and real insights about the overall touchpoint strengths of distributors.

Munich is also a relevant theme for our French team in October. Not only because some of our team will be travelling to Research & Results, but also because of the almost legendary Parisian Oktoberfest from 06- 16.10. We are looking forward to beer tankards and sausages bank in the middle of France.
