On the 23rd and 24th October it’s time again – as every year Research & Results is presenting the latest market research trends and topics and, of course, respondi will be part of it! You’ll find us at booth 214 with freshly brewed coffee served by our very own barista. We hope you stop by and have a conversation with us. We’re also part of the workshop programme as well with our innovative thoughts on digital data. Come along and find out how you can get even closer to people online!
Dr. Ruben Bach and Dr. Christoph Kern from the University of Mannheim together with our Head of Data Science, Denis Bonnay, kick off on Wednesday, 23.10. at 11:30am in room 2. The topic, “Can Panel-Based Online Behavioural Data Predict Real Offline Behaviour? A 3-Country Case Study around European Elections”. We will present a use case on the European Elections 2019 in France, UK and Germany. Web navigation data gives us a wealth of information regarding people’s online activities, but what do they tell us about people’s real-life behaviour? Are they redundant over traditional surveys or can they give us a predictive edge? We assess the potential of navigation data to predict opinion changes, as measured by differences in voting intentions and actual voting reported in pre- vs post-election surveys.
On day two of the event (24.10. at 15:15 in room 3), our COO Orkan Dolay and Marcus Schatilow from the IFAK Institute are hosting the second of our workshops “Market Research process : where does human overperform machines. Automation vs Craftmanship”. Together, they will demonstrate how they introduced automation into data collection and processing, what added value our clients can expect from these evolutions and how it helps to unleash Human Intelligence and good old craftmanship.
If you are interested in attending one of the workshops, let us know and we will reserve you a seat. The complete workshop programme can be found here.
As with all great events, the networking events are always a must do. This year, respondi will be sponsoring the Research Plus event at the Couch Club. The ninth event of this series follows the well-proven concept: two presentations on current topics and a social get-together with colleagues & peers. Not to be missed, our stand party with Levantine cuisine and drinks at our booth from 16:30 on the events first day (23.10.)! And moving swiftly on to the Impact Hub Munich at 20:00, where respondi will host our client event ‘Discover New Work’ where we want to explore new working methods in digital age. Don’t forget to come and get some breakfast at our stand on Thursday morning (24.10. starting 9am). You’ll need the energy for what’s set to be a fascinating day!
We are looking forward to two exciting days with you!
