Programme highlights
You can hear interesting topics in the numerous workshops, lectures and discussions. The topics range from how one can use Wearables as tracking tools, how Beacons can help to analyse out of home advertising, whether you can determine motivation and data quality from typing behaviour or how one can (not) predict an election.
This year respondi will give two lectures.
Our innovative workshop „Online customer journey analysis: a data science toolbox“ (Wednesday the 15th of March at 2pm until 5pm) is directed at all those who would like to learn how tracking data can be used in the most insightful way possible. Denis Bonnay, Director Data & Analytics at respondi, will show, using Online Customer Journeys, how to deal with sometimes huge data sets using diverse strategies. Exciting glimpses into insight methods guaranteed!
On Friday the 17th of March (at 9am until 10am) François Erner, Denis Bonnay and Gabrielle Florin will take a closer look at traditional election research and its limits under the title „Election polls: emotions / indecision to the rescue!“. They will examine how behavioural-based approaches, together with traditional studies can fill in the holes left by declarative data and thus do away with inaccuracies in election predictions.
