Wednesday afternoon (1:00pm) Jonathan Heinemann from respondi together with Matthias Arnold and Jan Hecht from SINUS Institut will demonstrate how you can find local customers in global markets. Learn, with the help of examples from several international studies, how you can identify and address customer-specific segmentations as strategic target groups over different continents.
Immediately after (2:00pm) Bengül Robillard from respondi and Sebastian Gensch from infas 360 will show you how to link up informative and revealing on and offline data. Discover how you can enrich results from online and mobile studies with micro-geographic data to describe participants more precisely, objectify surveys as well enable regional evaluation and communication.
Our lecture on the effective use of modern Insight Communities is all about choices and possibilities. On Wednesday afternoon (4:00pm), Anne Tessmar from respondi together with Alexandra Jager and Jessica Busch from IFAK Institut will present a broad spectrum of innovative tools, with which you can intensively investigate complex questionnaires in modern Insight Communities.
Our last workshop will take place on Thursday afternoon (3:00pm). Marcus Schatilow from IFAK Instiut together with Anne Tessmar from respondi will show how OOH Customer-Journeys can be explained and measured by using an App. Discover how you gain insights on product consumption, price perceptions and exceeding expectations in real time. Also learn how you can enrich the insights with data on customer journeys, shopping locations and information-related behaviour.
