This year, the Insight Show will be opening its doors from the 26th – 27th June, and we will be there again for the second year running!
The show is the ideal place to learn from the best brand specialists and service providers in the industry, how to successfully develop marketing strategies and campaigns in the future, spend marketing budgets more effectively and gain a competitive advantage. Our world changes so rapidly and with it, the way in which brands interact with consumers or how market researchers pose their questions. One development, which is a topic of several lectures and workshops, is how location and behavioural-based data can be used or what effects Big Data, Mobile and the Social Web have on marketing and research.
In our lecture, „The fabulous destiny of a French and English online community looking for sensory dimensions in organic beauty products“ (Wednesday, 12:00 – 12:30, IS3), we will show how it is also possible to use sensors for online research. Together with Lb Qualitative Research, we carried out a study of the attractiveness of organic products beyond the health and environmental aspects. A successful product often needs more than good arguments; it should also look appealing, be pleasant to touch or smell good. In order to measure the sensory attractiveness of organic products online, we implemented diverse asynchronous online techniques such as live time web conferences. Orkan Dolay, our Managing Director of respondi SARL, together with Laure Boisier, CEO at Lb Qualitative Research will talk about the project management, the used techniques and gained findings.
