Forums, blogs; polls etc. make a versatile interaction possible between researchers and participants, as well as between participants themselves. Furthermore, apart from theme specific analyses, there is also the opportunity to measure the behaviour and attitude of the opinion leaders.
The resulting additional benefit was highlighted during the workshops, using examples of themes such as energy efficiency, expectations of energy providers, and change of provider, new heating technologies or E-mobility.
