Essentially, this method investigates behaviour without asking questions. Using special software, we observe the internet behaviour of people, follow their internet history with cookies, employ implicit measurement methods derived from neuroscience and use diverse sensors and applications of mobile devices. The data we collect is provided voluntarily, collected and analysed anonymously. It is however, always possible to combine this data with active feedback from users.
Moreover, the use of external data in combination with the digitally collected data helps our clients to consider the won insights in a broader context. We combine external data from publicly accessible databases, social networks, or clients own data with the collected data we have about place and time of capture as well as the addresses or user accounts.
