This creates proximity and trust and strengthens the ties to our participants.

We also place great importance on controlling the quality of the participation. For this, we constantly verify the identity, plausibility and response behaviour, so you can access your real insights at any time.

We are an ISO-certified panel provider. The internationally valid ISO 26362 standard is the first certification, which reviews the quality of online sampling providers. The certification procedure specifically evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of quality management.

Detailed profile data makes it possible to check the precise feasibility, to target participants exactly and to deliver the results quicker. Therefore, we place great importance on extensive and current master data for every member of our access panel.

We have around 300 data points on each of our participants and, depending on the target group, up to a further 600. In order to maintain the actuality of the data, we invite our members regularly to master data surveys and constantly compare project data with the present master data. Furthermore, our participants always have the opportunity to change their profile data in their personal panel area.

The data we collect is provided voluntarily, collected and analysed anonymously. It is however, always possible to combine this data with active feedback from users.
